The Path of
Harmony
Discover the art of aikido through traditional Japanese martial practice
Our Federation
The Krasnoyarsk Federation of Classical Aikido continues a tradition that grew out of a club practice developing in Krasnoyarsk since 1996. The federation brings together adults and children, helps newcomers explore aikido in a calm and respectful atmosphere, and preserves continuity with the Japanese school.
The foundation of our training is regular practice, discipline, attentive relationship with the partner, and gradual development of technique. We treat tradition with care and strive to maintain the link between the history of aikido, the culture of the dojo, and modern everyday practice.
The federation holds classes, seminars and grading events, maintains friendly ties with practitioners across Russia and abroad, and creates a space where aikido becomes a path of personal growth, coordination and inner balance.
What is Aikido
Aikido is a Japanese martial art shaped by Morihei Ueshiba as a path of harmonious interaction, coordination and mindful movement.
Its foundation is not brute confrontation but working with the direction of attack, balance, distance and inner state. The practice teaches calm, focus and respect for the partner.
Regular training develops the body, attention and character, weaving together physical conditioning, technique and the culture of behaviour in the dojo.
